Caravan now sold with little problem

Very easy to place an ad, lots of space for description and photographs. Looked great! BUT... I tried to make it look even better by adding little diagram of the layout. Bad move - it was easy to edit the ad but the restricted view of the diagram became the main picture of the ad! No matter or further editing, moving - even complete erasure - of the said diagram helped. Not even the intervention of chat help person (who was very understanding and tried very hard!)... Yet the van sold to some very nice people!
