The caravan is one owner from new and was registered in January 2017.

The caravan has been well cared for and has regular but light use. We are non smokers and don't have any pets.

Two new Good Year tyres were fitted in 2023. The most previous service was in November of 2023.

Standard features include the Alko tow hitch stability system. Included is also a Tyre Pal tyre monitoring system.

On the roof there is a solar panel that charges the on board 12v battery.

Entertainment includes a JVC Radio/CD player.

There are fitted carpets throughout.

The hob has three gas burning heads and one electric plate.

There is a fitted Microwave oven above the cooker.

The heating system is the Alde wet system with radiators in the lounge and toilet/shower.

Below the two fitted single beds there is lots of storage.

A folding dining table is stored in the wardrobe.

An electric mover has also been fitted to the caravan.

Internal lighting is LED as is the outside porch light.

Externally there is a gas BBQ point and a 240v power outlet for use with an awning.
