A couple of things to point out a crack on the inner skin of the middle window however letting no water in.

The fridge also needs a new element £28 from eBay (would suggest a gas check after this has been done)

Everything else works in the van I.e, running water, hot water, sockets etc.

We have never had the opportunity to test the gas out properly as we weren’t in it long enough but the hob works etc

Nice clean and tidy van.

We bought this van thinking we could go away with the kids frequently however we have children with additional needs and they cannot handle being away from home only been away once in it and had to cut it short, so caravan life isn’t for us.
