The caravan is in excellent condition with over 14 years left on the licence until October 2038. It will be sold with gas safety certificate for 2024. The fees for pitch, rates and insurance totalled £6,736 in 2023. We bought the caravan when we moved to Wiltshire in 2022 to be near our children, but needed a base near Poole where our parents needed support. They have now passed away so we no longer need the caravan. The caravan comes fully equipped with bedding, crockery and all the electrical appliances you could need and all less than two years old. Outside you will have your own parking area and a paved area with outdoor table and chairs provided. We are keen to sell and are open to sensible offers.

The open plan living area comprises lounge and diner and is very spacious. The very comfy long, L shaped sofa could be used to supplement the two bedroom accommodation for four. The footstool adds to your comfort as you lounge in front of the flame effect fire and watch the television. There are large display windows which bring plenty of daylight into the caravan's living area.

The kitchen is both modern and bright and has gas and microwave ovens, separate integrated fridge-freezer and hob top with air extraction and microwave above. Adjoining the kitchen is a large dining area with plenty of space for four. Alongside is a mirrored shelving area with room for ornaments and your liqueurs and spirits!

The master bedroom has a king size bed, wardrobes, bedside tables overhead shelving and storage, a makeup table and stool, radiator and spacious ensuite.

The second bedroom has twin beds, bedside table, overhead storage, wardrobe and radiator.

The shared bathroom has a double width shower, sink and WC, with plenty of room for storing towels etc.. There is a cabinet above the sink with light and 12 volt razor socket.

Wilksworth is a lovely site with a swimming pool open from May to September and has children's play areas, recreation field, dog walking area and shop (see last picture of washblock, shop and area with washing machines etc.). As an owner you and your guests will have free access will to the facilities of the nearby parks at Merley and Ferndown, the last of which has restaurant and bar, indoor pool and gym. Wilksworth is open all year apart from mid January to end February. It has easy access to Purbeck, 30 minutes, and the Poole Harbour area 20 minutes without the noise and bustle of the larger sites in those areas. If you want a base in Dorset with lovely countryside nearby, all the recreation and shopping facilities of Poole and Bournemouth and all in a lovely rural setting within walking distance of the nearby market town of Wimborne, you couldn't do better. This caravan is also offered at a much lower price than you would pay if you purchased a caravan directly from the Shorefield site sales team.
